Call Center Network Infrastructure From Scratch
When the ITM Call Center got moved to Bishop Park I was the one responsible for terminating and setting up the entire network. This included terminating and setting up a patch panel, a Meraki switch, an Aruba Edge Connect SD-WAN device, and a network rack UPS.
Deployed an Entire Call Center
When I first got hired on at the banking institute I was apart of setting up an entire call center for a new technology the company was implementing. The company was implementing an ATM that had video with a teller that in a central call center. We have since installed “ITMs” at all our branches and some strategic locations.
Convert Cash Advance Machines From Phone Line to Network
It was my responsibility to convert all the company’s cash advance machines to run off the network as opposed to telephone line. This involved me traveling to each branch and getting an ethernet connection to each unit and configure each switch port accodingly and calling the cash advance company and getting them to upload a script changing the settings.
Convert Copiers to Print Membership Cards
The company changed the way they were printing membership cards and I was assigned the responsibility to travel to each branch adding addtional paper drawers to each copier and showing the tellers and MSRs how to print the new cards.
Rollout Replacement of all SD-WAN devices
The company decided to switch from Aruba EdgeConnects to Meraki MX devices because of the high-rate of failure we were getting from the ECs. The company had many Meraki devices on hand from when a large amount of employees were working from home but had since been brought back to the office. It was my responsibility to configure the Meraki devices the same as the ECs and then travel to each branch and deploy them with minimal downtime.
Network Rack Cleanup
Currently a part of a project of upgrading and cleaning up branch’s network racks with new Meraki switch, UPS, and patch cables.
Network Rack Cleanup
I am the sole person who is over the in-branch digital signage devices the company uses. I have overseen an update in equipment by the vendor and I am in charge of rolling out the new devices in an organized, efficient manner.
